Physical Devices come with No Warranty from us here at Devices (D3vicx).
Physical Devices have a Warranty through NVIDIA, & APPLE only.
Your device warranty through NVIDIA, & APPLE is 1 Year. Just factory reset the device before sending it to the company for a replacement.
We only offer insurance called Device Care that covers the Elite System on the Physical Devices.
You can buy Device Care at any time for the Physical Device you bought from us. Device Care allows us to reload your physical device again with the Elite System. You pay for shipping to us, we cover shipping back to you.
If your Elite System is not working, please try using a DNS provided in the app. Don’t forget to “Force Stop” the application after turning the DNS on. (The visual of this step is in the Video Manual.)
If your DNS is on and you can’t get the system to work, restart your device. Then if that doesn’t work, please use Discord or Contact form to contact us for help right away.

Device Legality: Our devices are 100% legal. They are not jailbroken; instead, they are customized for optimal performance within the Android and Apple tvOS software systems. Both the devices and the software we use are open-source and legal.
Content Hosting: None of our devices host any copyrighted content directly. Our Elite System, which enhances user experience, also does not host any copyrighted content. The devices essentially act as search engines, and all applications are sourced from the Google Play Store.
Legal Considerations: It's important to be aware of the laws in your state and country regarding streaming. While our devices are legal to use, it's crucial to understand the legality of the content you access.
Content Licensing: Many links scraped from databases and websites may not have the proper licensing for content distribution. Streaming copyrighted content without proper licensing is illegal and could result in legal consequences. To protect your privacy, consider using a VPN or CloudFlare DNS with our devices.
Our Elite System: The Elite System is designed to optimize your device's performance and save you money in the long term. We provide a customized launcher and offer video classes and manuals to explain its functionality.
Limitations of Control: While we control the style of the system through the customized launcher, we do not control the APKs or IPAs on the devices. Any use outside of our Elite System is beyond our control.
